With your support, we're building a site unlike any other.
We envision a five-story residential building with robust kitchens, communal and private lounge areas, and state of the art computer labs. Our plans include two phases- the first phase being the creation of dedicated senior center and the second phase being the creation of youth recreation areas.

We need to raise $1.25M in to cover pre-development legal, architectural, and technical fees, as well as the application process for Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). This allows us to move forward into construction.
