COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER PROGRAM

One Roof Chicago's Community Health Worker Certificate Program will provide individuals with meaningful skills in an ever-growing career field that will provide care for at-risk and underserved populations in the community.

1. 4-week personal and professional development training
2. 2-semester community health worker program
3. An internship at Friend Health  (opportunity for paid apprenticeship upon completion)

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Completion of a college-level English course (or Read-to-Write placement test at MXC, scoring into English 96 or higher)
•  The ability to submit official transcripts
